The Anglican Diocese of Jos established the Centre for Gospel Health and Development (CeGHaD) in May 1994 as the health and social development ministry of the Church, following the growth initiatives of Most Rev. Dr. Benjamin Argak Kwashi.
Initially called Gospel Medical Services (GMS) and later Gospel Health and Development Services (GHaDS), CeGHaD was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2009 as a faith-based NGO.
For over 32 years, we have been implementing development and humanitarian projects funded by various bilateral and multilateral donors, reaching 237 communities across Plateau State and beyond.
